Inside Mole at Nissan.

Heh I just found out I guy I was working with is now working at Nissan in Nashville. I told him to find out about any new NISMO info.
I wont say what project he's on but he's in IT. I'm supposed to get a copy of the NISMO catalog from a dealer when it comes in. Maybe we can get it early now.

Probably not but it would be cool to get some NISMO seats instead of my Sparcos!!! I think they plan on the G35 250 and SER according to some info he got from Nissan. I'm not surprised. I think Nissan still doesn't really see the max in the import performance market.

I wouldn't mind sporting a 240 I know for what I spent on the Max my 240 woulda been way quicker. and still more to fix up, but I already have the Max and there aren't very many moded Maxes which I really like.

Contact Info...

Can anyone post a toll-free number for Nismo? Here in Canada NOBODY stocks their stuff, and those that "can get it" want to push Stillen (regardless of Nissan model).

Tried the toll-free directory and searching the 'net, nada.

If no toll-free, any contact info will do!

I'll ask my friend to see if he can find out about a #. Why don't you just call the Nissan Corp. they might have it. Any Nissan dealer can give you the Corp #

I did. After continuously being transfered from department to department, someone in the "Information Dept." took down my name and phone number to call me back. That was 2 weeks ago!

(This was Nissan Canada, BTW. If I contact Nismo through Nissan USA, I probably won't get warranty coverage in Canada. Oh well, If I have no choice...)

I talked to someone at the track not long ago, and no, it doesn't sound like there will be much support for Maxima. I'm hoping his info was wrong, but not getting my hopes up.
