As far as I know, Silver Sterling Mist doesn't come with tan interrior. The Bose system is out of an Infiniti and so is the wood dash. That car was probably a wreck and rebuilt with a few sections of other cars.

Good grief, and I thought my Max was a hybrid.......
It has the black front dash of SE models, the wood trim of GLE models (and only available on GLE models as far as I'm aware), miscolored seatbelts, interior door handles, and kickplates, 95-96 A-pillar trim panels (due to the tweeter) and front door panels (Bose systems had the tweeters in the doors on 97 to 99s and notice how those panels have carpet on them unlike the 97 to 99s), yet the interior from a console and auto climate control standpoint is from the 97 to 99 models, a full SE exterior (colored door handles and blacked out door and window trim, etc.).
My guess is that it is an SE model that had something bad happen to it.....please avoid at all costs.
Sprint should send him an e-mail with questions.....or doug....

Hi there,
Myself and some other Maxima enthusiasts noticed some interesting issues with your car that maybe you might like to know....and that maybe you might like to tell prospective buyers. I think I may forward this to ebay safe harbor as well.
When a person buys something on the internet, they put a great deal of trust in the seller. Disclosure, one might say, is the golden rule of internet transactions. I am afraid you might sell a vehicle to someone who, had you disclosed the facts to them, would not have otherwise purchased your car.
If you are "a seller of kind" or a dealer, and you don't disclose a MATERIAL fact that may have had an influence on whether or not a consumer purchased purchased a vehicle, the "as is where is, no warranties expressed or implied" statement will not protect you in the event of a lawsuit. I believe I will also contact ebay and make an attempt to forward this email to the winner of this auction as well.
Please, disclose in the auction what the vehicle history is. I don't think that in this instance a simple "it has a clean title" will do. Clearly this car was a total loss and rebuilt, whether or not it was claimed through an insurance company.
If you claim that the vehicle has not been wrecked, then post photos of matching vin numbers off the radiator crossmember, the fenders, front and rear bumpers, door jamb, and hood. That will satisfactoraly assuage any claims that the vehicle has been wrecked. If that is the case, you need to explain why interior components come form at least 4 different vehicles.
Please follow this link and see what people are saying about your car.

Diong taxes, the CPA thing. With an MBA and an accounting udergrad, you could sit for the Exam! No fun, that's for sure! I graduated from Utah State, and you? Are you a staff accountant, or controller, or what?

Man! I hate the stupid "server busy" Message, especially when it you are trying to post a dumb message!!! AAARRRRGGGHHHH!
I had written a long reply to you 2000MaxSE, and it got lost.
Anyway, yes, MBA and Law-School is a great plan. I know lots of people who have done that.
I intended to do Law School as well. I thought I would go to work for the big 5 and have them put me through, but came to Idaho instead because my dad got Cancer. I wanted the PoliSci/PreLaw to get me into Law School, and decided that I would get the MaAcc and MBA and get the CPA cert and maybe be a Tax Lawyer. I also have a Minor in Spanish (lived in South America for 6 years). All this with the ultimate goal of eventually working for the FBI, who hires CPA's, Lawyers, former Law enforcement, and fluent Spanish Speakers! Think I got a chance?
Ha ha, accounting is fun though, great carreer, and good bucks!
PS....I am from Mesa, AZ! Almost attended ASU also. Graduated from Mountain View High in 94.....you guys from AZ too?

I'm not sure to which email you sent your letter, but this was hidden at the bottom of the auction:
IN ORDER FOR US TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION IN THE MOST EFFICIENT MANNER PLEASE CONTACT OSCAR AT OSCARPAVA@AOL.COM OR CALL 305.477.2922. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL US AT THE EMAIL PROVIDED BY EBAY.
I sure in the hell hope nobody buys that car!

I think your a nut! That looks like hell. Especially the tan back seat with black seatbealts. But I suppose all that matters is what you like. If, however, you go for it and one day find a Post-it on your window that says " Your Maxima is a disgrace", you know who its from.

I did some searching and found the VIN for that car. Does anyone have access to carfax to get a vechicle report on it. I am curious what happened to the car. Here is the VIN if you can get one: JN1CA21D3XT218145. I got it off this website. If you get a report post what you find. I am sure it will be downright dirty!

Re: Check this Maxima Out.. SE/gxe/GLE all in one?
The parts are sure clean, and cars are worth a lot more in pieces than whole, as we all learn when we visit the parts store. Someone could make some money, and maybe do the rest of us a favor, by parting this thing back out again rather than letting it on the road.
Man, putting the wheel weights on the outside is UGLY!

Exactly. This could be a great deal. If you can verify that the car was never damaged, water or electrical problems, then this could be had for a bargain. Of course the colors give away that it's a salvage, but it can be a very reliable and fun car for at least another 100K miles.
