Bill, so what is your deal mr. big hot shot moderator? I have about 6 contacts, and that one was from one I rarely even talk to. So big ****ing deal.

But I thought this was the next Max:

You said it was without a doubt!

I'm not being a hot shot, I just thought this was already resolved. You spoke and therefore it must be fact based on your contacts at Nissan.

Or are you now re-canting since "you don't talk to him often"!?! What does not talking to him often have to do with the facts about the next Max? Shouldn't all your contacts have the same info?

Now I'm really

I am not a dealer or even work for a dealer like you. I just know my contacts.

Hmmm...

I hate to dampen everyone's spirits in proving each other's credibility, but seeing how Nissan hasn't officially revealed or announced any specifications on the new Maxima, there is no concrete way to confirm anyone's claims.

I say, we'll just chill and look forward to the unveiling of the new Maxima and at that time, we can all 'look up' as we're test driving the new Maxima.

Russ, your contact at Nissan, is he/she in the LA office? Just wonderin' ...

I am not exactly sure what office or location he is at, I haven't actually seen a address.

Per my contacts, the 03'04 Maxima will be RWD, have a V8, and be going against the Avalon. The the M45 is the size of a Avalon. I have a feeling that is our Infinity side of the Maxima.

Sorry but the 03 or 04 Maxima is not going to be a FWD.
I don't like what I'm reading here people.

If this is true then our current Maxima's may become sought after cars on the used market because they will be the last of the sporty Maximas. I would hate to see my favorite car become this big ugly M45( M for Maxima? ). This design is truly an Avalon fighter.

If I release the pic, I will lose my job. I think I'll opt to keep my job and remain secretive of anything on the 04 Maxima. Sorry but I'm sure you'll understand.
