I'm helping my friend install a lightning audio cap in his 1990 SE....He has a ROckford amp....we hooked up everytihng according to the directions, and when we tested it....the cap went on, but the amp didnt turn on....Can somebody please help......

 

check the fuses in the amp and the ground on the amp. Also make sure none of the wires are touching anuthing besides the connectors. let me know if you need more help.
