Warpspeed and Budget both have options for under $300. Budget starts at $180.

Budget Y-Pipe T-304 Stainless, $170 installed or shipped. Will let you know my 1/4 improvement this weekend. Also got a hi-flo Cat and B-Pipe installed today for $255 made from T-304 and Mandrel Bent. I chose to eliminate the resonator and that other stupid short pipe between the cat and the resonator, not sure if it has a name. I love the sound, still quiet with the stock muffler and no drone at highway speeds but a little menacing when you stomp on it.

I say stiffer springs on stock shocks. Maxima's have plenty of power, but could use the handling upgrades.
