Did anyone's car require a camber adjustment after lowering? According to a local shop (and what I observed doing the spring installation) the only factory adjustments are for toe (4th gen). Changing camber requires a kit which is basically an eccentric bolt for the bottom strut location. I'm just wondering if I should put these in b4 I go back to the alignment shop.

I think the H&R lowers the car 1.5" and the Eibachs are like 1.3"-1.5" drop.

Yeah, you don't need a camber kit for Eibachs or H&Rs.

I got Intrax springs, and I don't have a camber kit. I don't have any problems.

I got the camber bolts. Yep, they replace the bottom strut bolt. They adjust the camber back 1 degree. They will work great for Eibach, H&R or the Intrax. My alignment with these bolts are pretty back to the factory tolerance. Cost around $30. It's made by Ingall's engineering. I got it from Lighting Motorsports. After 40K miles, no funky wear on the tires =).

Funky Wear

Yeah, It looks like I'm getting uneven wear on the front two tires on the inside edges, slightly "feather-edged". Additionally, the car seems to pull into cracks and grooves much more easily than it should, which I understand is symptom of excess camber. Maybe I'll install the bolts just in case, b4 I go for the alignment.

Ryan:

I think you can get these bolts at most auto parts stores, without the "tuner" markup. They call them "camber kits" and I think I was quoted only $19 for the pair (they're only 2 bolts). I'm headed there later this afternoon. I'll check and post back tonite.
