Cat Bolts Stuck

i can't get to a store until tomarrow, and i am having trouble with the cat bolts i need to remove for my new ypipe, all suggestions welcome, lay em out

A dremel or a cutting wheel always do the trick If not a metal cutting saw and a lot of time and effort will get the job done too.

i dont think i got anything that'll work under the car to cut the bolts, can't you heat them up to lossen them a little?

liquid wrench, no WD-40 and a SMALL blow torch or even a good click lighter MIGHT work. if not, sawzall time. i had to do that to one of my bolts when i changed my struts on my 95.
