Anyone got a Chip on their 97 max or I30. Im thinking about getting one, how is the performance affected. Is it worth it? Where can i get one?

There are no chips for our cars. There is a Venom 400 PCM which is said to be utterly useless, a G-Force/UPRD ECU which is no better, and a JWT ECU which is said to be very good. The JWT ECU is custom programmed for your car, so it's really most effiecient as one of your last mods. It a little expensive ($500+), but apparently worth the money.

That's strange, I don't think it's ever been discussed here before. However if apparently has to be installed by a Powerchip Installer and seeing as how they're in Austrailia, it seems unlikely. However that would be a good project for somebody to import and try. It's expensive though, and I'm sure shipping would be as well.
