Pay pal ? plz help

CAn someone explain paypal to me...? Is it safe say im sending money for a product how do i ensure i get that product thanks

i've done pay pal a bunch of times ... you shouldn't be worried about pay pal, you should be worried about who you're buying from .... when you send money, they(pay-pal) send you a e-mail and thats your reciept in case the person you're sending the money to doesn't believe you ... i think it's a good service

That's exactly correct. Paypal is only a service that makes individuals like you and I able to send and receive payments thru cc and bank accts where normally we would not be able to w/o the machine to process. Paypal charges the recipient of the money a fee for that. None of this however ensures anything about the transaction. You have to do your homework and make sure you are dealing with someone you can trust. They are responsible for shipping you the item, not paypal. By using paypal, you can cancel the transaction if you use a cc just like anything else if the product does not arrive or is not as advertised which is the only measure of insurance to you.

I use Paypal all the time. I have never had a problem with them.

Paypal is great unless you have a problem,

then good luck, you will quickly find out there is no such thing as Paypal customer service.
