Had an interesting conversation with Ground-Control...

I've considered and reconsidered getting the Ground-Control Coilovers. I didn't want to get the default spring rates because of all the problems i have heard with the stiff ride. Well, at first the rep at G/C was hesitant and didn't really want to talk to me. But after a little while and he knew that i knew what i was talking about he told me that they had experimented with with a softer longer spring 380 lbs/inch that is softer than the 6 or 7 inch 450 lb/inch spring that they have as the default spring, they found that they had trouble keeping the max off the bumpstops was really difficult and that the range of lowering was considerably reduced. So, there is really no option when it comes to choosing a different spring rate on these types of coilovers. Least i've finally made up my mind
