service bulletin about the front calipars sticking on the 4th gen or 99 maximas?

Thanks. Maybe I just need new pads but I dought it I only have 44k on the car so far.

Blade, I don't know about the fronts, but the rear ones -->

on my 99 are beginning to drive me crazy.....and seems to be worse after a rain or washing the car.
