i've been researching 240's for a couple of years now, and am in love with them. do you have a 240?

I also love 240sx, I have been looking for a 95 and up 5speed for a while. Alo I have been looking for a 96 and up max on stick.

My GF has a 95 240SX 5spd and she loves that car. I always drive it and its way underpowered but its one of the best handling cars I've ever driven, especially since I installed a FTSB for her.

 

One of the major problems that 240's have is that their exhaust sucks big time. When I installed some headers and full 2.25" piping on mine the performance went up big time , plus add an MSD 6A, a blaster coil and pop-charger, you've got one little demon on your hands .

I almost forgot, the newer the 240sx is, the slower it should be, mainly because they got heavier.

Have you ever drifted in your GF's 240? Give it a try and you'll see how fun those cars really are

I got a '95 240SX 5-spd fully loaded with VLSD.

Its a great car to drive, way more fun than the Maxima. Hell, I haven't driven the Maxima in over 2 weeks..I'd much rather drive the 240SX.

That said, the Maxima still has that acceleration rush that the 240SX can't provide. The Maxima is still a better cruiser and is faster, but the 240SX makes the drive more interesting. The S14 <'95-'98> has a damn stiff chassis, much stiffer than the Maxima.
