Anthracite as the title of this thread would indicate hehehe. That picture is at a pretty strange angle and the shadow is making the front look darker than it really is. This is before I had raced at all that day, so brake dust was not a factor yet, its just a strange shadow.

More pictures can be seen hereCardomain Page

nice
Correct me if I'm wrong, the cf hood fitment looks a lil funky (not flush with the fenders). Is it something that you (and other FI hood owners) have to deal with or can that be corrected?

That's how it is Ange. Mine is the same. The driver is good, but the passenger side seem a bit off from the fender. I ordered a set of hood pins, that should help the hood to come down a bit more.

Sarona kit= mistake #2 (don't ask what the 1st mistake was). I'll wait til someone gets it right before dropping $ for cf hood.

I don't have the subframe connectors installed yet, so I'm not in DSP yet. I thought SFCs would put me in SM though? Technically my tires are too wide for STS, 235s, but they don't check section width at my local events, and local events are all I run. I don't have the test pipe installe yet either, so my emissions system is still intact, leaving me in STS (I don't believe that eliminating the precats with the y-pipe would take me out of STS, would it?) Everyone else I know, many respected members of this board, run STS with a Y-pipe so I don't think that's the case.

I believe that the current rules state that a stock Max would be in G-stock and that a Max with normal bolt ons would be DSP. At least thats what I was classified in with just an intake and wheels/tires.

Oh, they are AutoX abbreviations for the most part. Street Mod, Street Touring Street Tires, D Street Prepared, and of course SFC= Subframe connector.
