Nismo and Law

So I was searching ebay and came across some Nismo t-shirts and came to thinking... why not make my own?

Would lil ol me get sued? Or would they only care if I was making millions?

I think it would be nice if we all wore nismo shirts. One big happy nismo family.

Illegal but you could probably get away with it unless you make a bunch of money or if you happen to have alot of assets that Nissan could take from you or from your parents. Up to you.

Better yet.. what If I made t-shirts that just said NISSAN on it. Nice and simple. Is that a no no?

BTW, this is sorta maxima related, isn't it? Maxima owners sporting nissan nismo shirts. It's all good.

Just use Nissin and see if the ramen company comes after you

Nissin. That's actually a good idea. I wonder how many people would think that Im a retard cause I mispelled Nissan.

But for reals.. when it comes to ramen.. Sapporo Ichiban is the way to go.

I don't think Nissin will work either...

I think that's the name of a Japanese-market brake component company. I remembered seeing some calipers with the name on them.

eBay

I work for the infringement department at eBay. In fact, I am typing this from my desk...I take down items all day long that would infringe on people's copyrights. I can tell you for a fact that eBay themselves will not take this item down, and the only way Nissan can stop you from selling it would be to report it to us or file a law suit against you. You would probably be fine to sell these!

If you do in fact work for eBay, I have a request for you.

Please take down the auctions for the tornado.

Max that's awesome. It seems like you have a very cool job. I wouldn't mind to be paid to surf ebay all day long. I'm sure you come across some interesting deals while you're working. Any job openings?

Anyhow I digress, I wasn't really thinking of selling on ebay. If I were to sell these shirts I was thinking of doing it mainly on the org in low volume. You know just some nice simple designs that people wouldn't mind wearing on a nice sunday afternoon while washing their beautiful maximas.

Hehe...If you want to move to Utah, they are going to restart hiring here real soon ..Yeah, my job is really fun and I see more cool stuff than most people out there...It's not quite as fun as my old job with eBay...I used to end auctions for bad stuff that got listed on the adults only site, and I used to handle reports of auctions listed on eBay Motors. You name it, and I have seen it on eBay.
