Clutch/hydraluic prob...help please any

hummm i got this weird clutch prob need some help if anyone got some suggestions. Basically clutch is fine but after about 5 min of driving it slowly gets less and less freeplay to the point there the clutch will start to slip and then it wont even engage anymore. when i go to bleed the system there is a bit of air in there. there is no external leak and we've changed both master and slave cylinders....this is really weird/retarded. anyone experince this before and got an idea? thanks

That's wierd, maybe you have a leak in one of the lines? sorry don't have much experience in this, thought I'd bump it for you though..

heeh thanks, its weird cause there is no external leaks, so we suspected an internal leak thats why the slave and master was changed out. it still does it tho...this sucks

You probably have over adjusted the clutch freeplay to the point you preloaded the clutch operating cylinder. Now, the automatic adjustments are taking over and making it a mess. I had the same problem. Adjust the pedal down some. I describe how to do this in the 4th gen FAQ's. Try that out.
