Rewire to daytime driving light

Rewire to daytime driving light

Hi all,

I brought my car from US to Canada, and it needs to be convert to daytime driving light. Since we can rewire the fog light, I am wondering whether we can do the same for the driving light.

Local dealers want $345 to do it.

There is a form and check list that an inspector need to check and sign. I don't see any way to get pass that...
