Red Maxima?

Red Maxima?

Did nissan offer Red as a color option for the Maximas?
Was it only for a specific generation?
i havent seen alot but they look good.

im almost positive it was offered on our 3rd gens for a few years too. i think just the SE, and only or a little while

Actually, it's Nissan's "trademark" showing that particular car is in its last year of production for that generation. The "red" color symbolizes "end" or "stop". Also, that is why they refer to them as "Limited Editions".

actually there are some GXEs that are red...but yes....red was offered...

They arent offering it on the 2003 Maxima, which will be the last of the 5th gens.

But whats interesting is, look at the front of a Haines manual for 4th gen Maximas. It has red 95 Max. Interesting......

That's not Crimzon Blaze (bright red), it's Ruby Pearl (dark red - see sig). The lighting makes it look lighter than it is.

I know that Nissan offered "special red" on at least a few years. I know it had to be special ordered, but I don't know if that was only for some years, or every year. Back when I worked at the dealership, I had to service one.

Hello. I got a new Ruby Pearl Maxima 96. (5-speed). At first I wanted black or black emerald but I fell in love with the Ruby Pearl color the second I saw it. It's so sleek looking, and when it wants to, can attract attention in an instant.

The 1999 SE Limited was made for four months. They produced less then a thousand of them..

i am going to go check it out for my wife..

thats not true, matt has a red 93, and N34JZ has a red 92, along with many other 3rd gens
