I just read the MT article on the 6-speed G35 first look. Does anyone (in the know) know if they are planning a 4-door 6-speed? The 2-door looks nice, but I still like having the extra doors.

Excerpt from Jack Collins (midway down the link above):

"With the Coupe, we're offering a new close-ratio 6-speed manual transmission, which we'll also make available for the G35 Sedan."

 

Yes they are, but it probobly won't arive until after the 6SPD Coupe arrives. Probably sometime in very late 2002 or early 2003.

 

i heard from a sales person at infinity that they should be getting them some time around december. thats a looong time to wait....

yeah, I will be waiting longer than that. I probably will buy one next July or August maybe. Maybe after that. My Max is only two years old. And I have to sell our MR2 first. And that is going to be a hard car to part with
