My mom has a 95 Lexus ES300.The engine starts to shake, then the engine just shuts down, then It spills antifreeze everywhere. We have already gotten a new radiator, heater control valve, radiator and heater hose, radiator cap, and radiator clamp. Any Ideas on what can be wrong?

 

sounds like the water pump is frozen to me.
