Brake groan

When I drive through water and brake up to even 10 minutes after driving through it, my brakes act like they are warped. They groan in intervals and make the braking jumpy.... anyone have any ideas?

after they dry they are fine.......... but when it gets hot outside, the brakes do the intermittent braking thing i described. Pads are fine, and the rotors dont look out of round......
