run in with 330i

When I almost got to school today, I played with a BMW 330i(sedan one). We didn't race or anything, just messing around. He was tailgating me, when a lane opened up, he went for it. I switched to the other lane too. I was just behind him before I heard him step on the gas, pretty nice WOT sound from the BMW. Immediately, I did the same. He had about one car length on me at the time. Later he switched lane again and I followed. I was right on his tails before I had to turn. Too bad I had to go to class though. I saw him turned into my school a few streets ahead. I'm not sure if he's a student or a professor. I don't know if the 330i was an auto or manual. Either way, if we did race, he should beat me right? I have the usual bolt ons: ypipe, cai, rt cat, vb mod, and catback exhaust. I had OD off, and my AC wasn't on this time. Like I said, we didn't really race. Just sort of paced each other. I would like to race a 330, even though I think I'll lose. Who cares right, you can't win them all.

Btw, the manual version, is it a 5spd or 6spd? Like I said, I don't know if the 330i I messed around with was an auto or manual. Sounded like an auto because I didn't hear him shift. I'm sure it's stock though.

I'm not sure what the sedans run but it can't be for from the coupes 0-60 in 6.1 seconds.

What blackgums said. I would like to see how close I would be to the coupe being that Andy has one now. We're still waiting for him to break it in. Now that I have the new FCP Intake, I've totally forgotten about the MEVI.

Yeah, I think it would be close too. I was right on his tails before I had to turn. Too bad I didn't get a real chance to find out for sure. It's more than likely that he was also a student. It would be funny if he was a professor...lol.
