For those of you who dont like 95emeraldgxe...

Based Upon A True Story.

Once upon a time, in a land far far away, 95emeraldgxe was on his way to a bbq at Robert Mose's State Park.

It was a sunny day, not a cloud in the sky. 95emeraldgxe was cruising at a specaticular rate of speed (65mph) with 3 other cars which were obviously faster than him at a ludicris speed of 70mph.

Almost there, 95emeraldgxe decided to close his sun roof, and cruise down ocean parkway with his a/c on containing 3 enormously sized girls, and 1 fishstick.

Durring this cruise period, 95emeraldgxe's trustworthy Firestone's lost its life. One of the tires blew out, his car swerved left, then proceeded to head right, yes right... right into the the grassy area. The car slide across the 3 lane highway on this sunny bright day, into the grass, leaving four tires skreeching marks on the floor.

The car then slide on the grass, and flipped on its right side, coming to a complete stop.

all the passengers were perfectly fine (not physically..)

95emeraldgxe was not injured at all as well.

What an eventfull day bin-indubidbly-indi.

I don't mind him...he says alot of dumb stuff, sometimes even more than me But in real life i'm sure he's a nice guy. BTW good luck with everything 95emeraldGXE, i've had a similer accident as yours 'cept mine was during rush hour traffic. Talk about scary. Hopefully a deductable in your insurance will be all you'll have to pay...besides a visit to the fools at firestone

j/k cars can be replaced, glad to see no one was injured. For your sake I hope it's declared totalled. If so do you plan on getting another Max?

i dont think insurance companies will pay for damages that cost more than what the car is worth

Woah that was probably pretty scary sliding out of control like that.. especially with the "girls" in the car.
I realize it flipped on it's side, but how bad is the damage?
It can very well be written off, i think some kind of % thing applies for the insurance to declare the car totalled or not.. if the damage exceeds a certain % value of the car, then they total it... don't know for sure though.. one vehicle car accidents are good that there is no second party involved to get injured or sue/blame you for their damages, but on the other hand, you were the only one controlling the car.. so the insurance will likely go up..
