What a nightmare. We started at 7:30ish and he left a little after 2:00AM.

Some interesting info about the night.

The rears on 3 gens are a nightmare.
Go buy a Chevy they are easier to work on. LOL!

He spilled my beer, so I spilled his and then broke one of his... They were all accidents. LOL!

I punched myself in the face really hard. Chris and his girl laughed at me.
The girl left and Chris then punched himself in the face. I laughed back at him.

I broke the spring compressor on the last spring.
Thank god I rigged it so it could compress the spring.
I bent 3/4" thick solid steel prybar trying to get the cap off of the rear strut.

Neither of us bled. Which is a miracle since I always bleed every time I work on a car. I think punching myself took it's place. He said the same thing about himself.

He needs new shorts (inside joke).

Now that he has the lip and dropped his car, it scrapes pulling in and out of driveways.

Remove the rubber ring in the rear strut before you start pulling it out. Makes life 10 times easier.

Axle grease sucks.

Air tools rock. Though we did crush our fingers a few times with the tools. He makes a funny face when his finger gets crushed. Like when the 60+lbs of strut assembly fell on his hand. It took a little skin from him but no blood or flesh. I wish I had a camera for that face he made. LOL!

All in all, I’m sore and my hands are still really dirty. I think the same goes for him. But I know he's really happy.
