y can't i claim the max as a dependent on my taxes?

y can't i claim the max as a dependent on my taxes?
theoritically I should be able to claim her as a dependent because:
I feed it -- gas
I clothe it -- nose mask and seat covers
I put shoes on its feet -- tires
I but it all the latest toys and doo dads--springs, rsb, sts, etc etc
I make sure it gets regular checkups at the mechanic
I provide a home for it and protect it from the elements, non drivin' floridians, and dirty birdy's that wanna desecrate her
that sounds like a dependent to me!
matter of fact...when she whined and whined about the other cars that had something cute hanging from the rearview mirror I SACRIFICED my hard earned money on a box of fruity pebbles so she could have the GENUINE BOBBLEHEAD Sammy Sosa which is now proudly displayed on the clock....she was so happy she purred
this is way off topic....i think i ate too many bowls of fruity pebbles to get the damn bobblehead out the bottom of the box
