Close call with a Cop today while racing..and he shows my car love

Sup all me and a few of my friends were coming home from a friends house tonight. One of them just bought a 98 accord and added a bunch of ricer mods to it(altezza's,glowing water nozzels etc..) but he has his fare share of performance mods also...anyway he was arguing with me about how maximas are in no way fast and accords own maximas. We came up on this empty street (so we thought) and out of no where he opens up on me and takes off i had to play catch up and by the time i was at 4k rpm in third gear i was walking him..out of no where a cops pulls out and starts chasing us,i nearly ****ed my pants...but to my surprise he pulls my friend over and lets me go a few hours later my friend calls me ****ed..he told me he asked the cop why did he pull him over and not me and the cop says"i pulled you over for being stupid why would you waste your time racing a maxima and you know you cant win" I dont know what the hell was up with that cop but im glad he gave me a get out of jail free card ..and ive learned my lesson i will never race on the streets again that was too close for comfort.

That's pretty cool. Cop must have been a maxima owner.

It's funny, really... the front of your friend's Accord resembles a cop-car (washer LEDs), and the rear is trying to be an IS-300 (altezzas)

The cop was probably piassed that the Accord had an identity crisis!

Beware that although some states allow scanner us, it is usually illegal to 'Use' the information you hear to assist in illegal activity. It could result in a greater penalty if they can prove you used the scanner to try to avoid the police while street racing.

Jon

thanks for lookin out for me but my illegal racing days actualy are over.... well they have been for the past few weeks, my max needs some engine work but nothing major i just dont wanna push it. Plus when i got arested last time for drag racing all 10 charges were null processed but the judge told me that they could be brought back up and with the charges i got they could of landed me in jail and alos 7 grand in fines and thats the main reason im usualy a spectator on the race nights unless some one is seriously talking sh.t then I will only run once.... But a word to the wise for all the org members if your gonna race please take it to the track and do it legaly ive seen to many wrecks and other things involved with street racing

Even after you get thrown in jail for street racing, you'll do it again. Especially against a ricer. Its just the prinicpal of the matter.
