Whats the widest rim/offset/tire that can fit a 97 SE?

I'm looking to get new wheels for my 97 SE,and I'm wondering what is the widest rim that can be fit, with minimal rubbing. I'm considering 2 drag race rims for the track so i wont worry about burning out my street tires all the time doing my burnouts. So it can limit my turning radius a little bit, thats no big deal. Any hints?
