Just a thought. Maybe someone can make new tail lamps for the 4th gen. Instead of the regular patterned red lense...
Have a more transparent red lens
That's a 7.5 gen Accord, but you get the idea. The brake lamp would be in the more transparent red and the bottom would be the same clear lens like before.
