Re: Wow

That was for a 2k2 6spd run in the wrong gear. And yes, gears make a difference. When i first dyno'd my car (auto) in 2nd gear i was only able to get mid 180's at the most. In 3rd gear i was getting consistent mid-190's. (2k2 auto).

Wait but didn't they dyno both runs in the same gear? And aren't ex-Franken Car owners saying they feel a power difference?

IM interested for a 5th gen. How do you prevent water from getting into it or at least preventing water from doing any damage and how much would that cost to do?

Thanks

Count me in for a 4th Gen Chrome...do you need a PM to make a list?

Also, any pics of what this looks like? No cutting you say?

Found a 4th gen pic of it...

I can see why there's no cutting..and it looks like it can get more air there than the Place Racing or Cattman CAIs. Injen has a price of $340 on their site. If this is that Race Division CAI then I'm definately in!

Does someone want to take the initiative on this. It's obvious we can get at leat 15 buyers. I looked up a couple websites and looked to see if there's any local seller but was unsuccessful.

I know a lot of you can't wait, but for those who can. I should be getting my wholesale price booklet in the mail this week. I'll see if i can meet or beat the price originally posted in the group deal.

That sounds like their everyday price.

So yeah, 218.95 + S&H on adventon.com

A good GD would leave it at around 225 SHIPPED...or $230 shipped but with 2nd Day Air or something that would take 2-4 days to ship.

I'll probably going to just watch the show. None of my club members are ready for the Import Showoff show in Oahu.
Last year was too much for me, I had to get two cars of my friends ready for the show. I had to intall their stereo sound system. Did you see the orange CRV that won 1st place for 4dr? I did all the work on the stereo system while he polished parts.

this is crazy you should have had a price before you post the thread about a GD. You have plenty interested now and no info to give us. Its been a few weeks now and still nothing so next time be prepared and have a price on hand before you post "injen cai GD" and get everybodies hopes up. People if you really want this intake just spend $10 extra bucks and get it from www.adventon.com

TruBlu,

Did you order the blue yet?
I think I'll go polished.

Prolly order before Aug 15.
Especially since the sensor part of the MAF is
< $70 (did you see that thread?). Not quite as worried about the babying of it during installation and having to switch back the stock if I screw up.
