Wondering how long to start shipping seeing how my inspection is up on 8/11 and ive already failed inspection with flying colors with one of those supposed EBAY "hi-flow cats". It would suck to have to put stock cat back on then take off to install new cat. Id like to see how well i pass with budget y-pipe, rt cat, and stock exaust...

 

Has anyone ever gained any horsepower by installing a RT high flow cat? Or is this just a waste of money?

Sorry guys for not getting back to you sooner. I was out of town for the past week. Actually I gave myself a much deserved vacation after two years of hard work on CustomMaxima.com. Working 12 hours a day, 6 days a week starts to take its toll on you. I already emailed the link the the thread starter and he will then send you a email with the link. As stated earlier I cannot offer it with free shipping because there is not enough profit margin to work with....I would be losing money.

Need to get in touch with the thread starter for the link. The installation kit includes new hardware and new gaskets. It is not necessary but if your maxima is over a year old the bolts will be badly rusted and you will have to change the gaskets.

 

ah damnit, might as well spring out the extra $18 instead of working with 140k miles of rusted bolts and gaskets...

My max can't get it's RT Cat, it decided to let the CV joint go out, so now I have to get that fixed with the money I was going to use for the cat, sorry guys, when I started this post 3-4 weeks ago, I was in, unfortunatley I was the first, and waited longer than most, now I have bigger probs, hope you can find someone else Larrio, again I'm sorry
