OK while going over with the other group deal about Apex-i gauges cobymoby wrote this about the RSM. He has prices for them up to five so far so all we need is 5 people for them to be $199.95. If he writes on this post and adds more more info on it it will help. This info is from the other Apex-i GD. So who wants a RSM
Apexi RSM

$199.95 - 5+
$205.95 - 3+
$209.95 - 1+

Apexi G meter

$45.95

I have these in stock and I can ship them out tomorrow. If you want gauges or electronics from HKS, Blitz, Defi, Greddy, or NOS, I have all of them puppies too.

Shipping is $6.95.

How does the G meter show the Gs(gravity right). And what do you have to hook up to it to get it to work.

It's a sensor that hooks up to the RSM and gives out the readings of g-force and other options and diplays it on the RSM. You would need to find wires at your ECU to hook it up. I think it's about 8 wires. Thanks to Y2Kevse I have the wire write-up for the 5th gen maxima. You would have to find someone for the 4th Gen who has one to tell you where and what wires to hook it up to.

It uses the same wires, and comes with the wiring diagram. Takes about 30 minutes to hook up. The G-meter just plugs into the RSM.

looks cool, but what exactly does the RSM do on top of being a fancy tach and spedo? I sat in a lude with one...looked damn cool mounted right behind the steering wheel!

Get's rid of the speed limiter on the GXE, measures HP, 1/4 mile, 1/8 mile, or any distance you specify... 0-whatever mph you specify, or 40-whatever, the list goes on and on. Check em out at www.apexi.com you can also use it to set off a shift light or turn on/off an accessory, like nitrous...

The unit can send a 12v signal at a user set RPM or MPH. This signal can be used to control a NOS solenoid to open at say 3,000 RPM. On my RSM, I have it set at 200MPH for my parachute to open. Okay, just kidding. But you get the point, that 12V signal can be used for ANYTHING.

RSM & 02
I'd be interested but the Apexi manual (download) doesn't show support for the 02/03 (VQ35DE) engine. Does anyone have this on their 02/03? I'd really like to see the wiring layout.

And presumably the G meter comes with the mounting bracket.

It is the newer RSM, the silver case with blue screen. I have the old black ones if you want those. They have a LCD screen (i think it's yellowish green) instead of the newer blue dot matrix screen.

We're pretty much maxed out at the price of $199.95, sorry, I wish I could do better but it is impossible. Everyone email me at bryan@berktuning.com and I'll send you all Paypal invoices. If you need the meter stand it's $12.
