I can't find him. I posted in the NE forum, tried the e-mail and phone numbers listed with PayPal and so forth - nothing.

got his and liked em but that's it as far as I know. The rest of us are just out our $$ and can't seem to find this Jose Hernandez from CT.

You haven't been able to get your money back thru PayPal? They've been really good for me when I've used their services to get back money from deadbeat sellers.
