I just got off the phone with them. He would be willing to do a group deal, but we would have to send in money orders and he wants them all at once. So you can make your money order out to Jagworks and mail them to me, then when we have them all, I will send them to him. For 5 people he is willing to sell them for $103 shipped!!! if we get anymore people, then he will see about going less...this is for the american spec E36 headlight assembly w/ no frames, you wonte need frames anyways. Please post if you are interested, he is going to have to order some more of the left headlights, since he will not have enough to cover all for now, so it will not happen until the beginning of January, which is one month away. Let me know what you think...

I'm interested, but if I find some ones with yellowed lenses for like 30 bucks again, I'm gonna have to jump on those.

We do have a good reputation for whining and then not stepping up to the plate dont we?

Yes we do, like I said this deal wont be ready to go until like end of dec, early jan. So if you dont find some by then, hop on, all we need is 5 and it is $103 shipped BRAND NEW, that is the cheapest I have found.

we actually dont use the frames on our cars. Also these are $103 shipped that is nearly $40 less. $103 and no shipping, so actually they are more like $80-90 and then with shipping $103 is all you pay.

Re: Jagworks 3rd Gen BMW E36 Headlight Group Deal
So are these plastic? I heard the German version were glass. Wouldn't we want the glass instead? I would be in on that, plastic just doesn't seem that reliable. I will be in if we can get glass.

These are the same lights that come on the e36. Most headlights on all cars are made outta plastic. You dont have to worry about it being reliable unless you like to chunk big rocks at your car. Even if you did that, plastic would make more sense because its cheaper to replace.

If you want glass, you will pay out the azz. Look at your stock Maxima headlights, they hold up well huh? BMW makes better ones!

Truer (if that's a word) words couldn't have been spoken. But I must say within the pass year alot of 3rd geners have been stepping up to the plate, cf hoods, 18"+, E36, body kits, and even those doing there own "engine projects" Within the following years all these might be the norm not just the exceptions.

There was a site that had the ZKW's for 270$, and it included bulbs and wiring harnesses.

there really aren't any sites out there that sell them as whole...if they do they're Euro spec and are upwards of 350+ the bimmer guys do group deals on those all the time so you might want to check there...

The reason this group deal was started was to get the best deal on a set of new Bimmer lights, you want glass you will have to pay, I have contacted several people with glass and they want atleast $300+ we can get these for 3x less. You can always make your own angel eyes. If plastic is the thing, dont worry, look at all the BMW's out there, they have plastic and look fine.

time to help you guys out
If I still had my 3rd gen, then I would be on this, but I dont and the only good these would do me is to mount them in a wall just for ****s and giggles.

if your so worried about glass vs. plastic, arg, i dont even know what to say to you. Stock 3rd gens lights are glass, but they are a ***** to repair/replace.
plastic is actually more resistant to cracks from rocks than glass is and if you are that worried, buy or make some rock defectors/guards for the lights.

You wont find angel eyes this cheap but I'll tell you what, if anyone wants to give me the deminsions, I will try to grab some glass rods from my shop teacher and make you some rings.

Jump on this deal if you want them, if you don't then good for you, just dont whine about not being able to find them cheap enough. christmas is coming up, im pretty sure you could get the money by returning stuff if you had to.

BTW, I still have my drivers side headlight, from my max, im glad its not the passanger side because it had a whole in it from a rock.
it makes a good flashlight and sometimes even a heater
