Thanks for getting Addco the list so fast and getting the missing pieces.

 

DAMN!!! They damaged the addco?!?! Crap! That must've been something. If you've ever seen one in person, and felt the mass of it, you'd realize that's one tough thing to damage. There's UPS for yah.

And Alex, I just wanted to personally thank you for all your effort, and continued customer service.

And orgers, I'm sure I speak for all of you when I send best wishes to Sim's family and friends. Our thoughts are with them.

I finally recieved my bar today, with all 4 bushings. figure. Yeah I know, the bitshiest whiniest guy ends up with the goods, go figure. Anyways, sorry for being such an assh*le, Fri was a rough day at the office. Although the first 3 points of my sobpost remain true (I was told they could and would be shipped together), it's no big deal (10$ and a couple of winter weeks). The communication thing could use some work though. I know you were moving and all but im sure you'll find people a lot more understanding if you keep them informed. Good luck sorting out this mess with Addco. Thanx.

Alex are they gonna ship those missing piece using faster service or are they still gonna ship 'em ground?

 

I went to AutoZone...they have the exact bushings/brackets there we need...$16...that'll ruin the group buy savings.

When were our accounts/credit cards charged...like a month ago or more...this is really ridiculous. Addco owes us our parts AND a partial refund for our time. Alex...you should post Addco's phone number, e-mail, and address, and we can all hound the hell out of them.

 

I second that. Honestly, Alex, I highly suggest you stop carrying Addco, and start carrying Progess instead. Atleast until Addco gets their act together.

I thought they would be shipped Priority mail since ADDCO screwed up. It's been WAY too long. And not to dog on Alex but, I thought his connection was back and he would respond to posts promptly.

 

I just called Addco...they said my parts have been shipped out...not priority however...what a bunch of $hit. Doesn't Addco realize they just lost most of any future business from Maxima owners. Ever Max owner on this site has to have heard about this failed group deal...ya, I concider it failed.

I think most of the people in this GD have stood behind Alex, BUT THIS IS GETTING UNACCEPTABLE.

I mean, He hasn't reply to us in forever, even though we tried to post here or email him. He said to us that he'll do something about getting the missing parts shipped out using priority mail....

i just don't understand why i have to call him? especially when its long distance. i remember when GD started we can always communicate here....whenever someone post something, it was answer rather quickly by Alex. that's not the case anymore. do you see what i'm talking about?

BTW, it ****es me off that ADDCO didnt send them priority, what a bunch of *******s.

 

Don't worry about it. I'm frustrate b/c this weekend one of my friend is coming over to help me install rotors, brake pads, and supposely RSB. i want to get them all done at once..........just feel frustrated like you.

 

I checked this afternoon - Alex hasn't posted anywhere on the Org since 2/19 (and that was about a Stillen lip GD he's apparently trying to get organized).

If my parts aren't delivered tomorrow, I'll be calling Alex myself. I paid him, not Addco - I expect him to come up with the answers I want.

I'll post a follow-up after I call tomorrow.

Yup, bushings and brackets came today. Too bad yesterday was my only free day to install it. Oh well, Ive waited this long already, I'll wait another week.

I just tracked my package
they were shipped out on Feb. 25 via UPS "GROUND"
since ADDCO is in NC, i kinda got lucky being in GA.

anyways, for you west coast people, you probably have to wait until next week

Mine were shipped the same way, and received today in northern NJ. Of course, we've got more snow coming now, too
