5th Gen Brembo Front Blank Rotors

Here's the deal.

You can order 5th Gen Brembo front blanks from Nopionline.com. Nopi does not have the rotors in stock, but Brembo has agreed to drop ship. The Nopi site still shows the rotors at $40.84 each, but the actual price is $43.19 each. Brembo's part number is 25575. Nopi's part number is 437+1765.

I'd recommend that you contact Bobby Evans at Nopi to arrange the sale. He can be reached at 1-800-277-6674 x 207.

By the way . . .

Every order placed with Nopi for Brembo 5th Gen rotors is a special order until Nopi receives their own shipment in a couple of months. At this point, I don't know how long Nopi will continue to take special orders. Nor do I know if Nopi's prices will go up when they place their next order. So if you're interested in obtaining Brembo blanks, I'd recommend you do it now.

But that's only for 2000-2001 right?

I'm not sure, Triple8Sol. Best bet is to call Nopi and ask them.

Did anyone actually get these yet? If so, could you post an actual picture?

Thanks

Yup. They're sitting in the original Brembo boxes waiting to be installed. My OEM rotors are still OK, so I'll probably just keep the Brembos boxed up until I need them. And yes, they're in the original, factory-sealed, red Brembo boxes.

Right, IceY2K1. No reason to turn your old rotors when you can get brand new Brembo blanks for ~$40.00 each.

Brembo Blanks

I am wondering - are the front disks bigger than the rear ones? Anybody know?

Also, how much was it TOTAL? Shipping and two rotors?

[edit]
Looks like Kevin(Alex's assistant) and I had a bit of misunderstanding.

Please forgive and forget.

No shipping, no tax. I picked them up at NOPI's warehouse in So. Cal. It was a one-off for setting up the deal.

Can you guys tell me who, besides Nissan, is making aftermarket rotors and pads for 2K2 and later Maximas? The brakes are larger than 2K1 and earlier . . . Thanks!

5th Gen Brembo Front Blank Rotors

Hey guys, I have done some checking and have not been able to confirm that Brembo has even PRODUCED 5th gen rotors yet, 4th gen yes, but no 5th gen. Can anyone confirm for sure that these are the correct size for the heavier 5th gen Max?

Thanks for your input!

Nice to see you again, RsMaxMaggie.

Call Brembo direct. They're phone number is 800-325-3994. Their P/N for 5th Gen front blanks is listed in my original post in this thread.

5th Gen Brembo Front Blank Rotors

Thanks, y2kse,for the info and warm welcome back . I checked and you are right, it is a valid Bembo part # for 5th gen 2K-2K1 models. All these aftermarket guys take their time putting out stuff for the market, don't they , you would think they would want to catch people like us early and often.

I have to get the OE disk/pads replaced after just 1-week of heavy-duty New York City commutes (80-0, 0-80 mph constantly!), warped fronts to give major shudder even at low speeds. These rotors and brakes are BARELY adiquite for this car....

i just called Bobby, and he quoted me $47.40/each or something + S&H, shipped from Atlanta
i mean, i guess its not that much more, but the $8 could be used toward shipping
also, he said he has 4 sets in stock, and another 6 sets
(for the front) coming next week
so i guess lets see what Rotora can do for me
holla
