i spoke with the seller again today and made another deal.. 5 plus buyers at $199 plus shipping. i think this is a great deal.. how come no one has replied?.. do weapon r's have a bad history on the org or somehting?
I don't believe the Weapon R coilovers are a good product. I may be wrong, but the only things I have ever heard were bad. Most people don't even want to go for Ground Control coilovers and those, will being a pretty ****ty ride are still somewhat good quality.

ive read all the review from carreview.com on these too..all the bad reviews were about the bad ride quality or bounciness.. if you notice all of the reviewers had crappy tokicos or were trying to run coilovers with stock shocks.. its no wonder the ride sucked..coil overs HAVE to be paired with good adjustble struts. my friend's integ has some no name coilover be bought for under 150. he has illumina stuts on them and i drove it around for a day.. the struts are on a medium hard setting and the ride is great. of course it will be stiffer than stock and most aftermarket springs but its the trade off for adjustble height.. i know these arnt for everyone.

Ok what is coilovers compared to springs? I have KYB AGX struts and was looking to get ebaich springs but are you saying this is better? Let me know the advantages or a site that explains the difference. I'm very interested. Thanks, David.

david..
spring- is just a spring.. you put them on your shock assembly and your good to go..pluses- usually better ride quality because of the progressive rate.. its soft at first and gets stiffer at the ends so you dont bottom out. also they are low maintenance. once you get them in,its done. all you gotta worry abot it your shocks blowing. minuses no ride height adjustability, often dissapointitng drops..
coilover sleeves plus good struts.- this is what the weapon r system is. they are springs in its own unique assembly similar to coilovers. spring is held in inside a cap/collar and there is an adjustible perch the spring sits on at the bottom. you can adjust the perch by turning it, it is threaded. u can have your car stock height or lowered up to 4 inches(i dont recommend lowering it that much, will ride liek sh*t no matter what struts). because it CAN be lowered up to 4 inches, the spring rate on the spring is high makeing them stiffer than most springs alone(it has to be able to support a 4 inch drop.)pluses stiff rate give you good handlign if you have struts strong enough to support them. u can have your car at whatever height u want whether it be slammed, flush, 1 inch gap if you get a bodykit or stock if you get pulled over and have a fix up ticket. minuses they WILL be stiff, you have to invest in good struts. you may get crazy and slam your car too much and blow yoour struts.
but damn it will loook nice.
full coilover system- this is the best possible setup for any car. the strut is perfectly matched to the coilover springs at any height giveing you a decent ride, full height adjustibility, and awesome handlingg. *drool,, too bad these system start at over a grand.

spoke with them again.. 220 shipped final price. now i jsut need 5 buyers. ill ask if they can process your cc over the phone or net. ill have them call you or email you once everything is settled and i get enought for sure buyers.
myself and a friend have GC coilovers (same idea as these). the handling gets really really good with these...but yes they can be harsh on bumpy roads. im running stock shocks until they blow, then will get kyb agx. and my friend has koni adjustables, which ride really nice.
