If you pick up the hood yourself, (Monterey Park, CA.) they will charge you $438.00 + tax = 474.14. THey have two styles for the 5th generation Max: OEM and on that has some type of hole in it to where you can see the motor. I am not sure if it is a scoop or cowl type of opening.

i know i'm not twllin, but i'm in ca...is there anything you could do for me? i've talked to two different companies, one in el monte and one in la, and both said that these hoods (invader or OEM) are on back-order and they don't know when they're gonna be gettin' 'em in. maybe i should try calling VIS, hmmmmm...........
