He said he talked to his manufacturer and he said that he going to try and best match them to inner the clear part. The reason why there is no product made because it takes money first to make the product, that is why 40 prepaid orders to be produced. It's a 6 week process

 

I'm in, so after you get 40 orders it will be 6 weeks until they are shipped (I don't do pay-pal but I can send a money order via certified mail.) What is the warranty and is there a money back guarentee? Not doubting your honesty as I am sure that if 40 people paid 175 and walked away with no product then someone would get hunted down but what is the gaurantee about the product? I will not put anything on my Max that does not fit perfectly to spec.

Thanks for a group deal!! Maybe we can finally get some red/clears. Also after the group deal will these be manufactered on a regular basis and be made available to everyone, what will be the cost then?

 

Bubba is a really honest guy, I meet up with this guy like every week at 7 eleven, so you wont have to worry about him ripping anyone off.

 

I agree with everyone, we need to see one made to make sure that his manufacturer can match the inners like they claim they can or will try. Then we can all decide on getting in the group deal.

Ok, I need to answer a few questions..
As for the 6 weeks. I have been speaking to the manufacturer and there is a delay as of right now because of the problems with the mold. (I guess they haven't produced it in a while) I am not sure how much of a delay that this will cause as, who knows when we will get enough people signed up.. There may be no delay at all as far as you, the customer is concerned.
As with my other products, there is a return policy, provided that there was no damage to the lights as a result of installation, dropping them, etc.
Fitment will be guaranteed to fit as well as any other aftermarket tail light (altezza's, or aftermarket-oem type). If they don't fit at all, the manufacturer f'd up and they will either fix and replace or everyone gets their money back.
Everyone is dying to see pics. I can't do that. They don't exist. They won't make one set either. As 97maxgurl mentioned, its 100 sets or nothing. I handed this over to NyczBubba to handle because I didn't think there was enough interest to warrant me trying to do it myself, risking all that money. Apparently I am wrong, there is growing interest in these. So if people want these to be out there, jump on the bandwagon.

I have been selling stuff to the org for a while now, I have brought new products to the market as well as the harder to find items. I am not a big company so I can't go jumping on every opportunity that I am presented with. For the most part, it is a one man show w/ one man's salary to front to place orders.
There should be no worries about me running away with the money, all my contact info is out there, and the NYC people know me and where I live.

I don't know you are going to have to ask MaxMojo about the certified mail....

 

Are these lenses the two outer pieces or both outer and inner? If they're just outer they need to be made exact (fit and finish) like the oem ones, otherwise they won't match or line up correctly with the inner oem that's already on the car. Just something to think about.

On the 95-96 all clears that people paint to make red clears. The top part is whiter then the inner light part of the trunk u get what i'm saying. So these are gonna best try to match the inner trunk lights. If you read earlier in this thread maxmojo explained why there isn't any pics.

just for informational purposes, there is a pic on custommaxima.com under the dual exhausts, that shows a maxima with red/white tails. i believe it to be a fourth gen because of the indentation under the letters. if that is what they will look like, i will absolutely be in on this deal! by the way, the latina chick on the pic is soooooooo bangin'!!!!!!!!!!!everybody should check it out!

 

Yeah the one on custommaxima though is a all clear painted to make it red clear. If you notice that the outer is whiter then the inner. The one's that will be produced (if we get 40) will match that inner peice, if you understand what i'm trying to say.
