3rd gen COILOVERS

Hey
Cattman said if we can get 15-20 prepaid orders for some coilovers then he'll make us a set

He said the price will vary ... but im thinking like $1350 a set. so just post if you are in and ill make a list
the more people who do it the lower the price goes. like the 4th gens price drops $300 if 15 people do it... so come one

Pricing is probably gonna be what'll chase all but the most monetarily solvent out of the loop. So, in other words, this thread will pretty much tell you who's got the "bling-bling" and who doesn't.

what is up with all of you negative people? all you 3rd gens do is ***** and complain when we dont have anything and then when something is posible you always say its 2 freaking exspensive ... why cant you ever just shut up 4 once and either say your going to do something and DO it rather then say you want to do something and ***** when the price comes out.

im only 18 and i have bills and im still able to but tons of stuff for my car ... so i dont know how its hard for some of you guys to save your money for a little bit and get stuff? how hard is it to just save $1300 and then get something that you want? i mean i just bought rims - $1900 and custom leather $1200 and a new video camera - $650 all in about 30 days??? and i onlyhave 2 jobs and prolly only work about 50 hours a week. i mean i still have a normal life as well - i have a G/f and i take her places and buy **** for her i buy stuff for me and go out and have a good time alot. and i still manage to mod the max. so i hate it when all of these awsome oppertunities come up and everyone always complains there isnt enough love for the 3rd gens b/c ... there is just non of you ever do anything all you do is complain everything is too much or its not good ... enough.

im totally sick of everyones complaints just FUKING do something or just SHUT THE *** up.!!! my god ... everything is possible you just have to try to do it. whyning isnt gonig to solve a thing.

Im not being negative, but you need to understand people around here, youll get a ton of people who are like yeah tht would be cool but try and get the money, it took months to get 30 orders for a $50 gauge pod, and months for 10 orders on a $450 cf hood, countless body kit deals that never went through.

and thats great you got all that money

there's a thing call reality...you can p1ss away $ for your mods..but a lot of others don't feel the same way.

for instance...there are headers available for the VG...you see 100s of people jumping on them? the price is crazy cheap for headers..so that shouldn't stop anyone. but you see buyers? NOPE.

you want mods and is willing to pay for them...doesn't mean everyone else will feel the same way.

a while back someone already proposed a coil over kit from cattman and less than a handfull was willing to buy it. maybe you haven't been here long enough but someone did say that cattman was willing...but at the end it falls off and nothing happens. you want a big modding community get a honda...sad but true.

i spent over 4k for my suspensions, so lets not talk about a measily 1300. for 1400 you could buy an air setup and have an adjustable suspension system without having to get out of the car, and that's one person buying it, not 10 or 20. it is going to be very difficult/expensive for a company to design something for a vehicle that is 10 plus years old that they will never make money on again( like they would with a honda)

no one is being negative, just being real.
keep it real
for 1300 bucks you could buy a coilover system for any other car and have it made to fit yours. pay me a grand i will make a 4th gen coil over fit your car

I wish you luck!

I tried to get the same group deal going a while ago, but make sure you are straight with everyone. If these are the same Progress coilovers I tried to get going, the struts are non-adjustable. just FYI

Luck!
