Fiber Images CF hoods with GMP

before anyone gets the idea that i am jacking the current posts for CF hoods, please note that this is for FIBER IMAGES hoods that are made to order. also, note that the pricing is a bit higher (with quite a bit of savings) and there are several additional options for the hoods.

with that said, here it is:

This GB is with GMP Performance in Charlotte, NC (www.gmpperformance.com).

5+ orders needed to get the following prices

GB will end on Friday, October 31 at 5pm EST

Listing by ride, hood type, retail price, GB price

89-94 Maxima, $625, $475
95-99 Maxima, $625, $475

-100% carbon fiber frame option, add $150

Go to www.fiberimages.com for additional available pictures.

Shipping
$150 for delivery within continental United States.
If shipped elsewhere, addition cost will be charged accordingly.

Payment
Payment will be made directly to GMP. I NEVER handle payment or payment information. Once GB ends, I will send in the information (see below) of all folks in the GB. No orders will be placed until all 5 or 15 people have committed their funds. All orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

You need to email me the following at wan2bfast4vr@yahoo.com:
-full name
-shipping address
-contact number(s)

-time zone you are in
-your ride
-which hood you want (if there is more than one for your ride)

So, Eugene, the price shipped (if you're in the US, that is...) is pretty much the retail price unless you want some options, huh?

Email sent...

Yeah but how do you know that hood is as good quality as the fiber images one? And why does it say shipping weight 40 pounds? Shouldn't it be more like 15 pounds? And what is the shipping price?

Fiber images makes really good quality hoods. People jump on top of them and drop heavy wheels onto them from a ladder and they remain spotless Also plenty of members here have them and can tell you how well they fit on our cars.

and i think it says 40lbs cuz i had 2 in the shopping cart, i dont know, but 40lbs is more like a stock hood, what would be the point.

id do a bit of research before making a comment about their "good quality". Yea plently of members have them on their cars, plenty of members have issues with bad fitment, blemishes, hood flying off, and bad customer service. sorry for jacking this group deal but it had to be said...

the truth has to be said.

with CF hoods "perfect" fitment is an issue.

regarding customer service, FI is definitely on the low end. but GMP is great. i have been to their place in charlotte and danny over there is cool. call them and see for yourself. don't just take my word for it, i guess.

i have done several GBs with GMP and they all have worked well.
