bluemaxdrivier u can look on autometer website or at summitracing.com, or jegs.com for pictures.. all the gauges are the same but u can change the bulbs to show different colors

Ill take a black one! I have one more question DaThrillr, when installing the gauges do I have to drill any holes for the wires or will they fit up in there without drilling? Thanks

 

they will fit in between the stock pillar and new one...

Is there a hole in the bottom for the tweeter, or will it have to be made by the buyer? How does this look with the grey cloth interior? Have the fitment and color issues been handled from past sales? (I have heard that colors are off for tan and anothe color, but since this is black I figure this should not be a problem) Just wondering, but I think I may be interested..

lithiumax: the tweeter must be cut by buyer the template come with the kit... im not sure if the GD will include 5th gens ill ask tomorrow... as far as color i can only vouch for black ones saying they match, as far as other colors u will have to ask around and find out for urself.. but if i find anythign out ill post for u.. check back tomorrow after noonish and it should say if 5th gens will be included

 

Oh, I thought that 5th gens were included.. hmm, if you can get the 5th gen version in the deal, I am sure that CM will have more sales. Thanks for the quick reply..

UPDATE: i just spoke to tyler and he said there shouldnt be a problem adding 5th gens to the list also so lets see how many 5th gen we can get up on the list to show how much in demand the product is, and wait for the ok from greg(which should be anyday now)

Sorry, I thought that my A-pillars were black - they are actually grey, with everything else (entire dash, seats) being black. I think that the black gauge pod would look kinda weird on the grey A-pillar.. so I don't think I am in.

 

GD is for grey ,tan ,and black..4th and 5th gens!

Did they fix their color schemes for the grey pod? I have heard that the grey and tan colors are way off from the OEM colors...

yeah i tried to post earlier but the forum was F'ed up... any way i spoke to tyler again this morning and he told me that they use OEM color codes.. but the problme with the pod is not the pod itself but the cars interior ... UV rays and time actually change the color of the interior so the dash board prolly once was the same as the OEM color buit now has faded.. this is nto the cse in every car.. if u have treated ur car dashboard well then the color will match 100%....

I have the same problem as bluemaxdriver4. My entire dashboard is black but my front pillars, seatbelt pillar and the rear are gray. Did mine get faded really bad or did nissan give the maxima a two tone interior? I guess ill have to drop out of this one unless the gray gauge pod is included. Thanks.

 

I don't think that you're gonna find a grey one...

just remember, if you have the gauge pod in the sun, it will fade also... it'll eventually match colorwise...

ok i have been having problems getting on the org allll day long!... but we are ready to give in payments.. call custom maxima and give in payments make sure to tell them ur user name and that u are on the org.... remember $49.00 shipped.. and the color! gl and post when u have paid so we can keep tally on how many we have sold!

 

I apologize for not getting on this thread sooner. I just got back from SEMA. I gave Tyler the okay to have another group deal at $49 shipped.
