I think we have unlimited room, so keep them coming anyone who wants in is in, you can start sending the checks out asap. i prefer bank checks, cashiers checks or money order are safest due to the fact that they will not bounce and they cannot be cashed without id, so therefore i cannot go out and run off with everyones money, please make sure it is made out to : "cattamn OR your name"

I'm going to try to deflect any of the frustration this generates from Andrew/waveridr85, but it was -- and is -- my preference to limit the form of payment on this deal to Money Orders.

First, why not "bank checks" (this phrase covers a whole variety of check forms, some of which are even less secure than personal checks)? The reason is, certified or not, they are unsecured credit instruments. I say this because if the funds are withdrawn after the check has been certified it will bounce like any other.

In contrast, MOs are purchased, and the value and status are beyond dispute from then on. Highly discounted group deals only work if the they flow with the minimum hassle and risk for the merchant. Unsecured credit instruments are not a part of that picture.

I know, most people are honest, but not everybody can balance a check book and out of 40 "bank checks" there will be at least one bad one. This is too tight a deal, one bad check would ruin it. That's why I insist on Money orders.

I realize that some have sent "bank checks" already. This is fine since you were told it was OK, but just as some felt that this form of payment was more secure, the insecurity it creates for me can only be offset by holding the order until the check clears, 7-10 days. [Just to be sure that its clear, we cannot accept personal checks under any circumstances.] Since this doesn't go down till mid-December, some may want to exchange the checks, but otherwise, we'll very dependably ship the product when the bank check clears, a week or so after the check is deposited.

Is using a MO more risky? No, certainly not. I don't say this to sound arrogant, but you're dealing with Cattman Performance. There is no risk. If I get hit by a truck on the way to my ordering service, the MOs can still be cashed by the purchasers (if they make them out to "Cattman Performance OR <customer's name>").

Is obtaining an MO more inconvenient? Than what? You can buy a MO in any quick shop or the smallest post office branch (US Postal Money Orders are about the most secure form of payment in the world). How often does one actually walk into a bank?

And finally, if convenience and security are one's thing, I understand, so keep in mind that the premium you pay in return is a small one. The Progress RSBs can be ordered by phone any business day, with all the security and convenience of using a credit card, and they'll be shipped out immediately for $110 + postage. And no one on earth can touch that price on this excellent product.

Hey Brian and Andrew... I know with this many people going for this group deal there are some headaches and tons of questions. Thanks for doing this! We are getting a good deal on something that is already a great deal.
Brian. Question I have is. How long with it take to ship out once you recieve our "MONEY ORDERS." If it's gonna take long then i need to know where to ship it cause I will be on Christmas break in 2 weeks. Thank again guys!

 

Since the process takes so long it will arrive after december 22nd. it is hard to give an exact date because many things can happen. I have to send money orders out by bulk, not just as i receive them. I hope you all understand. Thanks for your appreciation of the time it takes for this deal. The reason we are able to get them at such low rates is because i agreed with brian to do all of the work. As he put it, "It has to be turkey on my end", for us to get such low rates he has to do minimul work (note for future group deals). Thanks again guys and gals
