Intro GD Pricing on BlehmCo 3rd Gen RSTB!!

Yup, finally got it finished and the parts in stock!

I'm going to be doing intro pricing on these guys for the first couple of weeks-- Until Dec 12. Basically, the more orders I get, the cheaper they get (surprise!).

Regular Price on them is $75 each, plus shipping.

For the intro, I'll be doing a graded discount as follows:

1-5 orders, $75 each.
6-10 orders, $70 each.
11-15 orders, $65 each.
16+ orders, $60 each.

To place an order and reserve your spot, send me a $30 down payment by DECEMBER 12. I'm doing this so I know you're not BSing me and saying you want one just to get the prices down for your friends..
For Payment, I accept Paypal, check, money order, cash, etc... I prefer Paypal simply because it's quick and easy- fewer trips to the bank! My Paypal account is sales@mattblehm.com when you're ready to send money.

After Dec 12, I will post the final price and begin accepting the rest of the money. As soon as I receive 100% fundage from EACH buyer, I ship the part. I'd like to have the ones from this GD shipped out and delivered by Christmas, so that's why I'm doing this on a pretty short time frame.

A few details on the Parts:

1. I use ALL Grade 8, fine thread, zinc plated bolts! No snapped, rusty bolts!!
(Not the $1/bag cheapos you pick up at the corner hardware store.)

2. The clevis ends are top quality, made by FK Bearings. These aren't the cheapo ends you see on the ebay FSTBs. FK Bearings are the ones that make the GOOD rod ends used on many pro race cars and other non-nonsense applications. No cheap aluminum here! These parts are also plated w/ yellow zinc to stay corrosion-free and always have a brand-new look to them.

I know you're thinking "So! It's going to be hidden behind my seat!" Well, yes it is, but wouldn't you rather have good bolts that won't snap the next time you have to take it off when doing your next suspension upgrade?!

3. End plates are made from 11 gauge steel. Strong stuff- not coming apart!

4. Tubing is heavy-wall steel tubing. slightly heavier, but much stronger than aluminum.

5. I paint them all black by default. If you'd like another color or bare metal, just let me know and I'll work with you on it. If you don't want paint, then I won't waste my time and money painting it!

6. These fit perfectly behind your rear seat! Once your seat is back on, nobody will even know it's there, except the guy behind the wheel!

So you want pics? Go here:
http://www.mattblehm.com/suspension.html

the RSTB is about one page down. Click on the picture of it for a page with more pictures.

It's funny that you did this this afternoon. I went to your site just for the heck of it and saw the new info. I went straight here to the GD forum but didn't see anything!

I am thinking about this.... I know I want this someday but was thinking more along the lines of a spring purchase, not right now, so that I don't have all this stuff lying around collecting dust....

(drums fingers)

EDIT: What are the payment options?

Thanks for the EXCELLENT response guys! (and I thought you were all a bunch of cheapskates! )

If you've sent money via paypal, please make sure your name is on the list above.. It will also help me greatly if you'll give me a screen name in the details on the paypal. Many of you guys I don't know you by your real names, and your email addresses are even weirder than your screen names!

A quick estimate on shipping via UPS is going to be $12. $5 more for Canada, and I don't know what's goign to happen with Customs. you may get it in a day, it may sit there for weeks- I've had both happen when shipping parts.

Now I wonder what spam company will buy all these names, email addies, and mailing addresses from me?!?!?

Tim, I got that email, and the deposit.

Izzy.. you're a crazy ****- can't deny that.. so CrazyIzzy fits!

I'd kinda like to stay away from the blue, unless there's a color you can find at the hardware store and give me the number off off- just that way I don't send you a sky blue one when you're expecting royal blue, navy blue, avus blue, etc... there's just so many shades of blue out there I'd rather spray it with primer and let you choose the color.

Black is black, so that's an easy one, and I have an Aztec Red Maxima to match the red paint to.
so if you can find me a common brand of paint (Krylon, Rust-Oleum, etc) and a color code, I'll be glad to try and find it.

Go with the flow baby, money sent. You don't have to paint mine either.

Now let's talk about 20+ orders discount..

I'd love to be able to go another step, but that's already got me working for about $3/hour on these parts. If I go any cheaper on them, it will cost me to take your money!

i guess primed would be best... i think i can paint it myself... i understand about the colo issue.... tk3 sapphire blue is not a common color

Okay, thinking is over! You have money Matt.

Just wondering, how much trouble would it be for you to ship these items USPS instead for Canadians like me and Torres? I'm asking because UPS tends to ding us on customs brokerage while USPS does not.

I'm assuming it would be okay to combine this with a Stage 1 tie bar order too while I'm at it?

Izzy, I have a nice shade of blue you might like... made by rustoleum. I painted a computer with it and it looks really good. I'll go sneek a panel over to a blue maxima a block away and take some pics for you if you'd like. I still have the empty can too

Matt, I'm going to try to scrape up the money, and get some Northwest guys together so we can save on shipping.

Bman's order makes 16!

Since the price is now locked at the $60 each the ones that have already paid the deposit can send the rest of the funds ($42... $30 for the rest of the cost, then $12 for shipping)

Anybody that wants one from now until Dec 12, just send the Group Deal price of $60 + 12 shipping and I'll ship it out as soon as I get a chance.

Thanks everyone for making this easy enough on me!

It's all good man. I'm glad your work (both intellectual and physical) is finally rewarded. Well sort of, if these were turbo's and you had 16 orders in 2 days, then we'd be talking..

How about 120, shipped for both? That'll throw in shipping on the tie bar and knock a couple bucks off the price.. Interested?

Damn you Blehm, that page has some good stuff. Do you have weights on all this stuff? I am very methodic about my cars weight, dont want it getting too fat. I think I am going to have to get one of everything on that page though...just to have it

I am seriously thinking about this, I just have to find a 97 SE 5 Speed ECU and get my new car smogged and registered then I will check the account, hopefully I can get this ECU by the 12th, anyone know where I can find one?

don, they're steel but they dont' weigh too much. I think shipping weight on the stage II bar was like 15 lbs or something, and the RSTB I'm going to guess is about 8lb shipped. (including the box).

honestly, the weight you're bolting on will be more than counteracted by the better handling (just like your subframes!!) You'll be happy, I promise.
