They don't do much. Go with a rear sway bar or a FSTB or both.

i just got the rear sway bar and already have the fstb. i've heard people say that before

I've just heard that rear strut bars don't do much and you will see the most difference with a rear sway bar, then a FSTB.

the reason the RSTB does little is the way our suspension is setup, we have a Huge beam that goes across the rear suspension that makes the back of the car nice a rigid, thus the RSTB wont do much

It defenitely stiffen the rear, by locking the shock tower it make the chassis a little more rigid in the back but the visible sign are not as evident as FSTB or RSB.
