If we got ten people we could do it for $25 shipped (all gens). If we get twenty, we could do it for $23 shipped (all gens). If we get thirty, we could do it for $21 shipped (all gens).

You guys let me know.
Thanks
Alex

Haven't got that far Danny. However, I would assume we pay him directly via Paypal.

Well its cold outside for most people. They aren't really going to get out and install this thing for about a month. Why not keep it up? If in 2-3 days we already hit 10, imagine a few more days or atleast a week?

can we go ahead for the ones that dont want to wait and pay you. the others can wait and see if 20 or 30 people join as well to make it cheaper for them but the ones who pay you now wont get the discount since they didnt wait but are included in the total group no matter what. will that work?

Weeeeeeeeellll...I think that perhaps, it will get a bit silly if we do that. How about this? We'll give it until Sunday night (four more days), and we'll see how many people are in? Fair enough? Let me know guys and gals.

Thanks
Alex
