I'll have to watch this for a few days. I'm trying to work a deal on a set of Tein SS Coilovers. If it doesn't work out, i'll have to jump on the Illuminas.

Illuminas are adjustable. Five different settings -- there's a post in the 5th gen forum from a user who provides a very comprehensive review of each setting. Either search or look a few days back.
