But before I buy, I called JIC and spoke with someone about warrenty. They said they will only warrenty if purchased through an authorized retailer. Is SWA authorized?

 

Yes, we purchase from an authorized warehouse distributor. While we are not direct, our warranty is handled by our distributor.
