1) do these include the black or chrome housing? or both?

2) they will fit 00/01's, correct??

ok i am gonna be a ...i am thinking these are brighter than the OEM 2k/2k1. are these better than the 2k2/2k3?? are these HIDS? if not can they be modified to make them HIDS??
