does not require license or register 50cc and above does. thats why this is 49cc

gas upto 0.5 gal and from what i heard 50~80mpg so there.

and i went to pepboy yesterday too

its 98% fully assembled but you need to adjust few thing like brake and handle to way you like and screw it (comes with tool) and just add visor and thats it.
