Are these sensors difficult to replace?

My local shop where I had the 60 buck diagnostic test stated $949 to replace both due to the o2 sensor was 160 and the knock sensor was 400!!! bucks.

I trust this place but is the 99 lknock sensor on this board the same?

Got mine ordered. I felt lagging below 3,000rpms for the past couple days and I finally got an 0304 code. Good deal!!! Especially since its coming UPS ground which should arrive in about 2-3days. JRNissanParts does that shipping require someone to sign for it?
