TYC Paintable and IPCW Clear TAILLIGHTS 95-99 Maxima

the curve you are talking about are inded in the altezzas (I have them) if this curve didn't exits (on the tail) then you would have the 97-99 maximas tails. just look at the
DAVE Sz sign pictures, the maxima on the left is a 95-96, and the one on the right is a 97-99 maxima. altezas follow the pattern or else it wouldn't fit. get it?

Um, no. If the in-curve was the only difference then I'd already have them on my car. The innsers just don't fit, if you look at my sig you'll see that the 97+ lights are almost parallel to the bottom of the light. The 95-96 have a steeper slope on the top of the tail.

i thought i corrected my wrong call on this but i guess it was in another thread. i figured out that it was wrong, but i guess i didn't reply correcting myself. sorry for the confusion. it can PROBABLY be done but no one has done it and posted yet. opening the altezzas is difficult to do without cracking, but it should be experimented. thanks for the correction dave. it was only an opinion, turns out it is probably wrong though.

the fact that the base of the taillights can be painted easily is a big plus of these lights. Easy skyline mod. But the outer brake light looks like it sticks out a mile.
Also, are there any fitment issues with 95-96? Hope I didn't miss anything on this in an earlier reply.
